As a customer of OTQOX, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 2 days from the day you received your order without giving any reason. To exercise this right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing by email to otqoxsolutions@gmail.com or WhatsApp on +91 9315796285 within this period and provide us with your order number.

Once we have received your declaration of withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to send us the products to be returned. The return costs are at your own expense. We will refund you the full purchase price, including shipping costs, within 14 days of receipt of the returned products, provided they are returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
